Make Your Loan Payments from Another Financial Institution

For a One Time Payment by card or ACH, you will need your 14-digit loan number.  If you do not have this number, please contact the call center at (254) 776-7070 or (800) 283-5343.

For recurring ACH Payments, please complete and electronically sign our ACH Authorization Form.  This process must be completed 7 business days before the payment is to be processed.

To permanently cancel a recurring ACH Payment, please complete and electronically sign the ACH Authorization Cancellation Form.  This process must be completed 3 business days before the payment is to be processed.

To skip a recurring ACH Payment, please complete and electronically sign the ACH Authorization Skip Form. Skipping an ACH Payment does not advance the due date of your loan.  This process must be completed 3 business days before the payment is to be processed.
